MR BOLADALE LAWAL. B.Sc, ACTI, CFE, FCA
Managing Partner/CEO Mr. Bola Lawal is an alumnus of University of Ibadan and Federal Polytechnic Ede.
He is a fellow member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN). A fellow member of Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria. An associate member of Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria. An Associate member of Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (ACFE).
He has over 18 years post qualification experience in public and private sectors auditing, taxation and consulting. He founded his own firms (Boladale Lawal & Co and BWL professional Services) after his 10 years of experience in audit and accounting industry. He has vast experience in overseeing various engagement with clients both local and international, especially those clients under US SEC and OTC market and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Helping client in meeting deadlines to file form 10K and 10Q.
He has garnered experience from both local and international training. He has extensively work on several audit/consulting projects and has served clients at international level which includes United State of America, Canada, United Kingdom, Austria, Mauritius, Isle of Man, Cameroon, People Republic of China and United Arab Emirate.
He is presently a consultant to Lagos State Internal Revenue Services on PAYE and direct assessment tax training, Nigeria Port Authority on audit of concessional terminal and Federal Inland Revenue Service on national tax audit.
MR. ADEYINKA SULEMON, HND, MBA, MSC, FCA, ACTI
Adeyinka is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria and Associate member of The Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (ACTI) respectively.
He trained and practiced with one of the then top eight Chartered Accounting firms in Nigeria, Z.O. Ososanya & Co. as Team lead in Audit, Consulting and Taxation with exposure to clients in banking and insurance, manufacturing, fast moving consumable goods, construction and a couple of others.
Adeyinka holds a Master of Business Administration degree (MBA) with bias in International Business from Lagos State University and a Master of Science Degree in Information Management and Finance from Westminster Business School in the United Kingdom with bias for strategic information management.
He served as Head, Inspection and Investigation; Head, Credit Risk Management and Asset Recovery; Head, Branch Operations at different times in the defunct City Express Bank Plc. He later moved to the capital market as the General Manager/Chief Operating Officer of City Finance & Securities Ltd.
He has also worked with Lagos State Lottery Board as a director of finance and accounts.
He joined Boladale Lawal & Co as a partner and has accomplished so many assignments successfully. He has attended many seminars and workshops both locally and internationally.
MR. OLUWASEUN AKINYELU, FCA, ACTI, M.Sc. MBA
He is a qualified chartered accountant (ACCA) and holds a B.sc Finance (Hon). He holds several other financial certifications. He is an alumnus of the London School of Business and Finance; he has an Advanced Certificate (AD) in ‘Derivatives and Alternative Investment’. Prior to his work with Boladale Lawal & Co , he was an Asst. Manager in pricewaterhouseCoopers (PWC) where he gathered relevant auditing and consulting experience within and outside Nigeria, he was a recipient of Award for Excellence Service in PwC.
Audited numerous multinationals and companies e.g. Ecobank Transnational Incorporated, Africa Finance Corporation, Zenith Bank Plc. Eterna Oil etc. while in Pricewaterhouse Coopers and gathered vast expertise in delivering quality financial service in ‘financial services’, ‘Oil and gas ‘and manufacturing industries.
He is a pioneer member of the IFRS conversion team in PwC Nigeria and he helped developed the IFRS training and conversion practice in the firm.
He is also a recipient of award for excellent service in the IFRS conversion practice of PricewaterhouseCoopers.
He has facilitated in over 300 (three hundred) finance and accounting seminars and workshops in manufacturing, banking, oil and gas, pensions and insurance sectors in Nigeria Has helped with the transition of several companies (over 60 companies) to IFRS.
He is has numerous expertise in IFRS, financial modeling and valuation, financial derivatives etc.
MR. ADEBAYO LUKMAN ISHOLA, PGD, HND, FCA
Mr. Adebayo Lukman is a fellow member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN). He graduated from the Federal Polytechnic Ede, Osun State where he studied Accountancy. He has a post graduate diploma in Financial Management from National Open University of Nigeria. Adebayo has acquired vast knowledge with unique experience and he has led and participated in tax advisory and management services projects of numerous clients over the years. He is a member of various professional bodies which include Certified Information System Auditor (CISA), Member Chartered Institute of Public Finance & Accountancy (CPFA), Member Association of Certified Fraud Examiner (ACFE), Member Institute of Internal Auditor (IIA).
He has an experience of more than 10 years in Finance Sectors. His areas of expertise are Accounts, Finance, Project Financing, Credit Appraisal, Auditing, Taxation and Information technology. He is a partner of Boladale Lawal & Co. (Chartered Accountants).
